Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Products marked as final sale
Gift cards
Items returned without prior authorization
Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
